Training Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: December 2025 These Terms & Conditions apply to all safeguarding, school improvement, leadership, enrichment, and professional training delivered by Elite Enrichment Services.
1. Booking & Registration
A booking is confirmed when:
- A registration form is submitted
- A purchase order is received
- Payment terms are agreed
EES reserves the right to decline a booking.
2. Payments
- Payment terms must be agreed before training delivery
- Invoices are payable within 14 days unless stated otherwise
- Late payments may result in suspension of certification or services
3. Cancellations & Refunds
School-Initiated Cancellation
- More than 14 days before training: Full refund
- 7–14 days: 50% charge
- Less than 7 days: No refund
EES Cancellation
If EES cancels or reschedules, schools may choose:
- A full refund
- A new training date
- Credit for future training
4. Attendance & Certification
- Certificates are issued only when attendance requirements are met
- CPD certification wording will follow CPD Membership Guidelines
- Delegate lists must be submitted by the school
- Late or absent participants may not be certified
5. Responsibilities of Schools
Schools agree to:
- Provide a suitable training environment (in-person or online)
- Ensure timely communication
- Provide accurate delegate information
- Support safeguarding compliance required for the training
6. Responsibilities of EES
EES will:
- Deliver training to agreed standards
- Provide qualified and approved trainers
- Issue certificates per CPD Member guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection
7. Intellectual Property
Training content, slides, templates, and handouts remain the property of Elite Enrichment Services and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
8. Liability
EES is not responsible for:
- Misuse of training materials
- School policy failures
- Losses arising from non-compliance within a school
9. Governing Law
Saudi Arabian law applies.
