About the Founder
After years working across schools including senior safeguarding leadership roles, I saw the same pattern repeatedly: recruitment moving faster than compliance, leadership stretched thin and policies treated as paperwork rather than culture.
Elite Group was established to correct that imbalance. The model now supports safeguarding aligned collaboration between UK professional standards and Saudi education priorities.
